They are no longer doing insurance claims for patients. I was asked to pay upfront which I always do (out of network) and then I was handed the insurance form with my receipt with no explanation. When I asked what was going on she responded we don't do that anymore and handed me a cheat sheet on how to do it. No explanation. When my husband went the week later same thing happened, when he asked why, she said "it's a pain and we don't want to do it anymore". I am not sure if they are cutting cost because they got a new office and need to make cuts but they seem to have lost their customer service. When I called to ask as question no one called me back just sent me an email with the forms. The only redeeming quality is the dental hygienist Jessica, she is amazing and Dr Eric is a good dentist.
