They even give me prescribed toothpaste that NO OTHER DENTIST has EVER suggested! (It tastes great and really helps!) If they see a small cavity they believe it should be fixed right away before it gets worse. They explain to me what's going on with my mouth and even take photos to show me. Extremely thorough. They also believe in not letting patients suffer and also try to lower your dental anxiety (if you have any). Very friendly staff as well. As for the other reviews, they are not money driven at all -they have always been fair with my husband and I- and you really can't expect services for free anywhere. That is not a fair review at all. Also, I think it's great that the dentists (married couple) advertise with a photo of them with their staff in the Salisbury Post. They are proud of their staff and think of them as family!! Pretty silly and frankly stupid to give them 1 star if you base it on a photo and not their care and/or service. That review should be deleted.
