Outstanding in All Respects!…read more Taylor checks ALL the boxes: Professional, Competent, Responsive, Thorough, Attentive, and Punctual! And, as added bonuses, he is genuinely a nice person to work with, and his communication and follow-up are exceptional. Taylor was thorough in his assessment of what I needed to repair vertical and horizontal cracks on the exterior and interior of the brick and block of my foundation wall that remained after helical piers were installed several years ago. In addition, he thoroughly evaluated what was needed to restore joints in the brick edging along my sidewalk and front door stoop. I am not exaggerating when I say that the "before and after" of his work is amazing. Had I not known the cracks and joint separations were there, I would be challenged to see where he repaired them. His ability to match new mortar to the old is a "Wow!" factor all by itself. And he leaves the premises nicer and cleaner than he found them. Simply exceptional!! I highly recommend him!!!!

Two of the 4 steps were sinking and there were cracks in the mortar between the bricks. Taylor was VERY helpful in explaining the first thing I needed to do was get the REASON for the bricks sinking corrected and only then would he consider helping get my front steps corrected and back to an aesthetically beautiful entry. To me, THAT is the sign of a true professional. His integrity spoke volumes when he instructed me to get to the cause of my staircase problem corrected first. He bypassed a "job" for the right reason! I sure didn't forget his integrity. The sinking problem has been corrected and Taylor came back to do the repairs. Every step of this process was effortless. He came when he said he would. He explained ALL the steps of the process and what he'd do - including protecting the surround plantings and cleaning EVERYTHING at the end of the job. October 18, 2022: I am happy to report the job is complete and the entry looks like it did when my home was built 30 years ago! I can't be more pleased with the process or the person!
