Most working professionals conduct business during business hours. I called several companies last night with inquires on my nephews case and none of them could fully explain the process or the codes for that matter. "Bobby Boga (team member)," explained the codes in explicit details, and the "what happens next," narratives with ease. He wasn't frustrated and was super friendly. Very patient and knowledgeable. Great customer service! If I could give them 10 stars and a star on the HollyWood Boardwalk of Fame, I would. It's very frustrating dealing with bonding services that share your pitfalls all the while collecting your money, and they still are't knowledgeable with your case. Most services will collect, and direct you to court... end of story. Please go with the professionals that properly communicates with their clients, to discuss every outcome, so that there is no confusions with their cases. Young people, and I hate to say this because I want you to excel in this lifetime without making bad choices, please keep this company in mind when you're in a pinch-- especially!!
