I just got my brand new retainers in December. And for some odd reason they always cracked.. I made an another appointment for today this morning at 9 AM but I always come a little earlier bc I'm an early bird. There was no wait time, parking is a bit annoying at first. I tried online my newest retainers I had ordered from last week. Didn't take very long for them to come in... I brought my old ones so they can look at it BETTER!!!! I hope my review does Dr. Randolph and her entire staff justice because they are incredible!! From the very first consultation to the final appointment, the care and results have been absolutely top-notch. Dr. Randolph is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and truly invested in your smile. Dr. Randolph and her staff took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure myself and my kids were informed throughout their treatment. The office is modern, spotless, and welcoming. The staff is always friendly, organized, and accommodating. My son wasn't the easiest patient when he was younger. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves. My kids smiles are beautiful and I couldn't be happier. My son had his braces on longer than expected but that was self induced had he listened to Dr. Randolph and her staff they would have been off sooner. Please kids wear your rubber bands exactly how you are asked to wear them. You are told this for a reason once it clicked and my son actually listened to what was asked of him things went quickly. Both of my daughters are receiving orthodontic treatment here, and one of them has just completed her treatment. I chose this place because a friend told me they are especially kind and patient with children. As I had heard, every member of the staff was always friendly to my kids, and they consistently took the time to explain things whenever the girls felt anxious. The daughter who finished her two-year treatment had two or three issues that needed correction, and the results came out exactly as I had hoped. She now has a beautiful smile. I got referred here by my dentist of over 10 years and I have been nothing less but happy with everything about Dr. Randolph and her staff Diana, Danny and absolutely everyone inside the office. I came with the intent to get Invisalign and the process was so smooth, easy going and stress free and even had payment plan options for the Invisalign. I stayed consistent with them and got them off 6 months early with consistency and with the help from everyone including the Doctor herself. Everyone is so knowledgeable about everything, kind, caring and truly care about your experience and your care. Pros: 1. Dr. Randolph and her staff are friendly--though the style tends to be a very sugary sweet, almost baby-talk kind of friendliness, even toward teenagers. If that's your preference, you'll feel right at home here. 2. Scheduling is easy and flexible, even with last-minute changes. Cons: 1. Cleanliness practices were concerning. At the beginning of each visit, supplies were already on the counter. Dr. Randolph and her assistants would proceed to work in my children's mouths, then open drawers and grab additional supplies with the same gloves that had already been in contact with saliva. I can only imagine that this happened with every patient, all day long, every day because it happened at every visit we ever had, with every person who worked on my kids. By contrast, at our new orthodontist, the doctor and assistants change gloves three or four times per visit. 2. Communication is not a strength here. If you prefer a doctor who explains things clearly, remembers concerns, and welcomes questions, you may find this office frustrating. Notes were often taken, but in our experience, they were not acted upon or remembered. 3. For patients (or parents) who have medical anxiety and need clear explanations before procedures, this office may not be the right fit. Responses tended to be overly dismissive ("It's going to be okay, sweetie") or defensive when too many questions were asked. We often left appointments feeling confused about the plan and next steps. 4. Treatment timelines were also an issue. We were given an original estimate of 18 months, but after passing that mark, no revised timeline was provided when requested. While Dr. Randolph might attribute this to lack of Invisalign compliance, my child was mostly compliant for the first year and a half. But as we moved further past the original completion date, and the environment got more and more hostile, my child began to lose trust in Dr. Randolph, which had a negative impact on compliance. By contrast, at our new orthodontist, progress has been faster and communication much clearer. Although Dr. Randolph did offer to switch to braces, we ultimately chose to leave the practice and pay nearly full price with a new provider because we no longer felt confident in her care. Our new provider was happy to provide an estimate of an additional 15 months. read more

My son first had braces put on with Dr. Randolph and her staff around 2013. They have been wonderful with him all along. He has not been one to love having dental work completed but Dr. Randolph and her staff have always made him feel very comfortable and at ease. The front office staff is very friendly and has always explained the process of finances clearly. We had such a good experience with his braces that I went ahead, at 48 years old, and had my teeth straightened as I had lost my retainers from when I was younger. My 12-yr old daughter needed braces, so I consulted with 3 different orthodontists (the top names we always hear about in SCV). They were all very nice, and they all suggested the same treatment plan. We chose Dr. Randolph, for 3 reasons. 1- Her office was the closest to our home, and my daughter's school (important for those days that you need to rush for an after-school appointment, or a broken bracket). 2-Her pricing was less than the other doctors we met with. 3- Everyone in the office is SO nice!! Dr Randolph and her staff are great! Both my kids went through braces with her. Front office ladies are always so polite and help work with getting appointments scheduled with your busy schedule. Dr. Randolph is an amazing Orthodontist and her staff is just as great! Sometimes you don't realize how great someone truly is until you are faced with a situation you've never experienced. On Friday my son had an incident with his expander that required me to call their after hours emergency line. Sherri, one of her assistants called me back immediately. She stated she was already in contact with Dr. Randolph and they would get us taken care of. Within minutes, Dr. Randolph called me and said she could head to the office to take care of him. She asked what time would be best for us. I informed her that it was my Sons birthday and we had dinner plans. She said she would hurry in so we didn't miss his birthday dinner. I was in awe. She is truly that great!!! She showed up with a smile and was just so sweet about the whole situation. I can't say enough great things about them. The way they handled that situation speaks volumes. I should have first known something was not right when the orthodontist custom designed and installed an appliance in my son's mouth for my son to stop sucking his thumb - and then part of the appliance broke off in his mouth through no fault of his own. Strike one. I should have known something was not right when the orthodontist applied braces on my daughter with too thick of wires that the pressure resulted in head trauma and 106 degree temperature at the hospital within 24 hours from the the installation of braces. Strike two. Now that my daughter has had an accident with a loose permanent tooth, I have contacted this orthodontist directly several times through the orthodontist's designated "urgent care" which is virtually useless when the orthodontist is non responsive during her usual 4 day weekends. Strike three. I regret selecting this orthodontist. I get more responsive helpful information from my family dentist in emergency situations like these. It is not all rainbows and butterflies when you do not get the timely effective services you pay for. read more
