Fist time I've been there the lady I was assigned to was nice and pleasant to talk too. However, the second time, the lady was a bit rushed and maybe rude at times. It was demeaning and unacceptable. I mentioned to her that she was being rude, but that did not seem to change. I talked to the managers and all they seemed to say was that they were sorry. I do not have her name, but that kind of service in the 21st century is intolerable. I am appalled and encourage everyone to think twice about going there. It should also be noted I'm not the first to have written that they are rude.
