She was dropped off outside Indianapolis airport where she got an Uber for only $120 and she's still two hours from the airport. Such a disappointment. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I think this company should help this young man find something else to do work wise because he is hurting your business. I wish I had gotten a cab number and his name. This rudeness is why Uber and Lyft are catching on in cities. Complained about not knowing how to get to my destination (I needed to be at class on my college campus which is in a certain building.) He demanded to know the address of the building (I could only remember the address for campus center) so that's where he took me. He then drove my mom home, in complete silence and started complaining about everything once he arrived at her destination. Maybe he was just having a bad day? I don't know.
