I usually try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Enterprise Car…read moreSales was so dishonest that I feel the need to speak out. I was approved for a 2019 Chevy Malibu. They ran my credit specifically for that vehicle, confirmed its availability over the phone, and kept it listed on their website like it was ready to sell. But when I arrived at the dealership, everything changed. The sales rep told me the Malibu was no good--that it was "trash" and would not be sold to me. I was never offered the option to wait on repairs or to purchase it later. I was simply told it was off the table, and I was then shown other vehicles instead. Only two people were in the room during this conversation: me and my significant other, who clearly remembers exactly what was said. Yet, Enterprise later sent a letter to the state claiming I was offered the opportunity to wait on the vehicle--a complete lie. I asked what was wrong with the car and was told the sales rep didn't know, only that Enterprise wouldn't sell a car unless it was in top condition. That sounded good in theory, but in practice, they ran my credit, falsely advertised a vehicle, and then pulled a bait-and-switch. Even now, they're trying to rewrite the facts. I submitted my evidence--including communication, screenshots, and witness testimony--to the state. But Enterprise continues to dodge accountability by giving misleading responses and falsifying their version of events. I've tried to get legal help, but it's been difficult to find an attorney to take on what is clearly a case of consumer fraud and misrepresentation. If you're thinking of buying from Enterprise Car Sales, please be careful. Record your conversations. Get everything in writing. Don't assume they're being honest--because in my case, they weren't.

They confirmed it did, but unfortunately, I told them I was looking for one without. I was told I would not find a Venza Limited without one, they are equipped standard with them. Well, that is not true since there are some available for sale elsewhere. I don't know if that is sale pressure tactics or just lack of knowledge on a Toyota vehicle, either way, not a dealership I want to work with.

(Lie) Said I needed to bring it in anyway because of a recall (lie) . Brought car back in as scheduled and they said I needed Main bearing seal replaced along with expensive Idler arm. I stated that the car had never leaked a drop of oil. They insisted that it was. Had to pay up front for parts to be repaired. They wanted me to leave the car and they would get to it in a week. I said I would just bring it back. Got home looked under engine. Fresh motor oil all under neath. Wiped it off. And cleaned up mess on my garage floor. Watched it for three days No leak. Took it to another shop for inspection. No leak. Called service clerk and told her to cancel service and refund my money. Got run around when she could get it two days later I went back in Got service manager involved and demanded immediate refund. They kept two hundred dollars for the useless parts they ordered (and kept the parts). I asked about the recall and service tech it was just a software update (lie). Toyota doesn't update software ona twenty year old car. Car has never leaked leaked a drop of oil. Their mechanics are paid by the job. Bigger job bigger pay. Toss that in with a crooked conspirator of a service tech and you have a real effective fraud problem. Year later Still no leak
