I'm VERY happy with my purchase and even happier that it wasn't a very long process. Only downside is that my vehicle has had the check engine light on since I got it. Gotta have it looked at. My truck experienced engine failure with symptoms identical to the well-known GM 6.2L engine issues affecting newer GMC models -- knocking, propulsion problems, stalling, and complete shutdown concerns. A trusted mechanic who previously worked for a GMC dealership specifically advised me to take it to a GM dealer because of the similarities to the known engine problems. After inspection, I was told my issue was somehow "different" and not covered, despite having the same symptoms. I ended up paying over $10,000 for a refurbished engine replacement. What made the experience even worse was the customer service throughout the process: * My vehicle was kept for approximately 3 weeks * I was given multiple inaccurate completion dates * No courtesy vehicle was provided despite the size of the repair bill * I was told my vehicle would be left accessible for after-hours pickup, only to arrive and find it locked behind the gate * After receiving my vehicle back, I discovered my underbody light wiring had been cut. When I contacted the dealership, they denied responsibility and then wanted to charge me additional money to repair it Overall, the communication, accountability, and customer care were extremely disappointing. After spending over $10,000, I expected significantly better treatment and professionalism. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location.

The entire purchasing experience was stressful and frustrating. Just when I thought we were finally finished with Carvana, another major issue arose. Two full weeks after I dropped off my trade-in and picked up my new vehicle, my credit union informed me that Carvana failed to pay off my credit union loan within the required 10-day payoff window. As a result, my account is now past due on a vehicle that has been in Carvana's possession for over 14 days. To make matters worse, my new loan funded Carvana more than three weeks ago. Throughout this ordeal, Carvana's customer advocates largely added to the stress rather than resolving issues or clearly explaining next steps. Problems went unresolved and communication was consistently poor. I would not recommend Carvana to anyone. The Carvana process is fundamentally broken.

The (deceptive) photos looked good, and the price seemed very fair. I called to talk with someone, for more info and to hopefully negotiate a little on the price, but I found that they were unwilling to budge on this "steal." Regardless, we were still interested at that price. So I requested a copy of the CarFax; after a few hours and multiple phone calls, they finally sent it to me. That's when I saw an accident report. So I called them back with some additional questions. I specifically asked if the damage had been repaired, and I was told YES, that it was impossible to even tell that the vehicle had ever been in an accident. I was told that the car was in great condition, interior and exterior. Based on this info, my husband and I planned a trip for the next day to see, test drive, and hopefully buy the car, if all checked out. We live an hour and a half away, and we have a 12 month old baby who hates long car rides. The next morning, I called to make sure the vehicle was still there, and I told them we were on our way and what time we would arrive. They said they would have the vehicle clean and ready for us. Well, when we were about 10 minutes away, I got a phone call. They had "just noticed" a dent in the side of the car. They claimed it wasn't a big deal- that they just wanted to let me know. At this point, I'm very irritated- if I had known this info, we wouldn't have even made the trip, but now we were almost there, so we may as well go check it out. When we arrive, we have to wait an additional 30 min while the car is still being cleaned. As soon as we see the vehicle, the "dent" is so beyond obvious-- it took up nearly the entire side door- huge dents with scrapes and missing paint! It looked horrible! No way they didn't see that before! Especially considering that they had taken pictures at angles to hide this massive flaw! Then, we looked inside, and the interior was literally the worst interior I've ever seen. The front leather seat looked like it had been scribbled all over with a blue pen. There were rips and holes throughout the rest of the leather seating, and the carpet had massive stains all over. The entire interior truly needed to be replaced. My husband and I were in shock! We had been reassured that there were no cosmetic issues... and then to drive an hour and a half, only to arrive to a car in this terrible condition... was just a slap in the face. Beyond dishonest! So then, we had to load our baby back up in the car to head home with no new vehicle. We put her through a 3 hour round trip for NOTHING! If they had just been honest when I asked specific questions, this would've never happened! I wish someone would've warned me about them, and that's why I'm writing this review and sharing far and wide. It is WRONG to treat people this way!
