Manager got me into a familiar car, which made the process go smoother. Car was full or gas when picked up and I left it with a full tank. We'll pleased!!

Not good does not even come close to the total circus (nicest word I could think of) this company…read morecaused. Our vehicle broke down about 10 miles from here. Called Enterprise, reserved a car and arranged pick up at our motel. Reservation was for 8AM, at 7AM someone called to tell us that they had no cars available. We spent the next 4 hours going in circles while multiple people said we are working on it and never got a single call back from any of them. They just informed us that there is a car 20 miles from here but they don't do pick-up and they can't bring the car to the local office. Also they just informed us that they don't do pick-ups out of this local office. No this is their mess I will not pay for a taxi or other. Let them send a car wash guy to pick us up. So our broken vehicle is 10 miles from here, we missed the open slot the mechanic had available, so not sure when he can get us in. We still haven't found a rental car, will probably have to spend another night here. We are still 700 miles from home. Not one of the people we have spoken to at Enterprise gave a rats big fat butt about fixing their circus. We got a whole lot of "I'll have the regional manager call you", which has not happened.

I was billed and refunded several times after the rental was returned and paid for. I will continue to use them, because of excellent response to the above issue. I am going to pay cash next time, even though they temporarily hold a higher deposit. Something about messing with my account during a move... Lol
