    I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge…read more I purchased a truck from them and had it in my possession for exactly one week before it had to go back to their service department. Since then, the truck has been sitting there for over four months while they go back and forth with the extended warranty company that they themselves sold to me as part of the purchase. Meanwhile, I've been left without the vehicle I bought and paid for. To put it plainly: I owned the truck for one week, and it has now been in their service department for four months. I have essentially been unable to use the vehicle for the vast majority of the time I've owned it. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of communication and accountability from management. I have repeatedly called the dealership trying to speak with someone in management, and my calls were never returned. Getting anyone to follow up has been nearly impossible. When I finally went to the dealership in person to try to get answers, management seemed completely unconcerned. The showroom wasn't busy, and several people appeared to simply be sitting around, yet no one seemed interested in helping resolve a situation involving a truck that has been sitting in their service department for months. The entire situation has turned into a constant loop between the dealership and the warranty company while I, the customer, am stuck in the middle. The truck just sits there, and months go by with no real resolution. When you buy a vehicle and purchase the extended warranty offered by the dealership, you expect that if something goes wrong, it will actually help resolve the issue. Instead, it has resulted in months of delays and frustration while the dealership and warranty provider sort things out among themselves. A truck that you only get to drive for one week before it spends four months sitting in a service department -- with little communication and virtually no urgency from management -- is simply unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle or an extended warranty through Arrigo Dodge.
