this was the worst location ever! i came to pickup a truck because I had came hours away to buy…read moresomething off marketplace, we were greeted nicely but it went poorly as soon as the manager came over because the regular girl didn't know how to do her job. I gave her my Virginia State ID that I have had for 6 years in good standing and she was taking photos of it on her old iphone, the manager rudely starts to say "do you have provisional license?" and my girlfriend and cousin were confused as to what that even was, didnt even know that was a thing and said no nicely and laughed it off, my girlfriend then said "i don't even know what the bleep that is" laughingly and she said "do not curse or I will have to kick you off the premises" even though nobody was in the place. my girlfriend apologized and tried to ask if a different driver would be better since that ID did seem to work, and they had attitude, but my cousin simply handed them his ID he has had for 7 years in good standing, they scanned it omce and said "no your IDS arent working" So I continue to ask if they can try in another lighting and they got visibly upset and told us no and they cannot help us and to leave, a customer came in after us and they couldnt scan his ID but still helped him. I'm not happy with this at all, thank you Cheyanne and Sirrea, wonderful customer service will NEVER return

Not only did they do as discussed but they literally cleaned up the lug nuts by hand , had a few nicks on the wheels fixed, told me I had bald tires and arranged to have all of that fixed as well. One stop shopping . But my favorite detail is that Fred was appalled I had a white and damaged phone charger and replaced it with a black one to match the car. My car will NOT be going to anyone but Prestige moving forward. They did an excellent job, excellent customer service and as Fred mentions in the video they actually do take care of your care like it is their own. Debbie Sylvester
