AFMS has brought my boat back from the dead! We bought our boat back in March 2019. We took it out…read moreall season last year but something always felt "off". Idling problems, lots of smoke from the engine, and propellor felt like it was running on-and-off. Generally the boat felt like it ran rough all the time. We took it to get serviced at another place (this is before we met Andrew), they diagnosed the problem and replaced the distributor cap/rotor and fuel filter ($500 later). The boat idled better but still ran rough. We were able to use it the remainder of the 2019 season but it always felt iffy. Fast forward to 2020, boat finally died in the water. We had it towed to our slip. AFMS came and looked...right off the bat he said bad starter and dirty carburetor. After replacing the starter and pulling/cleaning the carb the boat runs like it's brand new!! Thanks Andrew! AFMS also charges good rates and walks you through every single step taken during the repair. Andrew also gives advice on things to look for to ensure a smooth and happy boat. I cannot recommend AFMS high enough. Andrew is the utmost professional and highly technical and good at what he does. On top of all that, it is so convenient that he comes to your boat!
