My driving instructor, Saini, was super professional, patient and had a great approach to teaching. By the time my course "expired," they told me it was my problem. I called the office for help, and the receptionist was impossible to understand, rude, and fully blamed me. When I asked for assistance, she said someone would email me -- which never happened. I had to keep calling over and over because they just ignored me, probably hoping I'd give up. Now, instead of fixing their screw-ups, they're forcing me to pay even more money, take 20 hours of in-class sessions (two entire weekends gone after I had already completed it -- 30 hours mind you --), and complete 3 more hours of lessons because my instructor didn't cancel properly. This place is disorganized, shady, and incredibly difficult to deal with. Save yourself the stress and frustration -- go anywhere else. Ultimate Drivers a complete joke.
