We reserved a table knowing tht it gets busy. After a wait our order was taken ad our wine brought. Then we waited and we waited. We know that service can e intermittent but after 45 mins and no sign of anything hot (our bread was only brought after 1/2 an hour) we called over the wait staff who seemed to be trying their bst to ignore us. We were thn told that they'd actually forgotten our order entirely and we would have to wait another 1/2 an hour. There was no reason givenand all we were offered was coffee (we'd finished the wine). Coffee comes after a meal usually so we declined the ridiculous offer. The meal eventually arrived and my hsband's fish wasn't cooked and was cold. We were now very angry to say the least especially as the staff didn't seem to care. We did the only thing left to us: we very pubically walked out refusing to pay for anything which basically amounted to a bottle of wine but no food except for bread. We will never return as much due to the service as anything else.

It is seriously the most popular and busiest restaurant in the entire area that I have ever come across. That said, you can completely disregard any review that gave this place less than 5 stars, cause people wouldn't be packing this place like they do every night if it was anything less than amazing. The only downside of this place is that you can't really go anywhere else after your visit, as your clothes are going to smell pretty bad from the open grill right inside the dining area. Also you're definitely not gonna have the best breath anymore either as almost everything has tons of garlic in it. That said however, the food is just the best BBQ food I have ever had in my life and I've really had some great BBQ in my life. Everything is seasoned super delicious that using ketchup on your meat would be a shame. The atmosphere is also very authentic and cosy. The prices are more than fair and the staff is friendly and very attentive. Really a great place to go!
