Showed him a photo of what style I was looking for and off he went, double checking during the cutting process as to length I wanted for fringe, over ears, crown etc. my hair grows upwards at the base of my head and mentioned it to him and he knew exactly how to cut it and style it so that it will grow back without ruining the look at the back of my head. The actual salon is lovely with alot of gold accessories including some amazing gold chairs which is what drew me into the salon in the first place when it opened. They seem to have thought about lots of little details which make a visit to the hairdressers special, I even got Oreo's and praline seashells with my cup of tea not the usual tasteless biscuit in a plastic wrapper that I've had in other salons. So overall good hair, lovely decor, fab service. I reckon it's one of Leicester's hidden gems so go and try it out before they get too busy.

I phoned and complained around 10am I finally received a call around 3pm unfortunately I was at the theatre and unable to talks the call, the message from the manager said she would call again an Monday 7 days later I'm still waiting. But the barber made sure that he knew exactly want I wanted and did the perfect shaping. He also used several lotions and potions during the trim to make it more pleasant. Only when I paid and left I realised I had been in there for a good 45 minutes. Not sure if that was the standard time or if he just went over as there was no one else booked in after.
