He looked at my feet and said, "that's right, that's what you have." And gave me a paper with diagrams on exercises to relieve and possibly "cure" this pain. The thing is, I saw that same diagram and sheet online on some website, hmm. After receiving my 2 shots I went on my way after paying the co pay etc. After a couple months I received a bill in the mail (late December) for my visit. I am an anesthesiologist and watch his surgical expertise every week. He is a fantastic surgeon that is extremely talented. He has also been on Ripley's Believe it Or Not twice for his amazing surgeries. My Mother-in-law went to a highly rated orthopedic surgeon for her feet and the result was horrible. Dr Cadena re operated and fixed her feet. It was a very complicated case which needed complicated surgical techniques to correct. There are many very good podiatrists here in Las Cruces and I can highly recommend many of them. I wrote this review to counter the unfair review I read on Dr. Cadena because of his wait times. He is worth the wait. The bigger problem is it is almost impossible to recruit physicians to Las Cruces. Our group of anesthesiologists have lost 12 members in 3 years!! Need to look at the politicians and make changes in them before the medical and the school system changes. Dona Ana County ranks worst in the nation in almost every category, yet we keep voting the same.

At no point were any product complaints, quality concerns, or remake requests communicated to our lab, therefore it is reasonable to conclude the devices were clinically acceptable and met the requested specifications. Despite repeated follow-up attempts over several months, payment for these services remains outstanding. As a small healthcare manufacturing business, we depend on timely reimbursement for services rendered. Nonpayment places a significant strain on operations and professional trust. We hope this matter is resolved promptly, but based on our experience, other service providers should proceed carefully.
