The store carries a basic assortment of products and is decent for many needs. This is common with all stores in Clinton being essentially a culinary desert. If you want anything that is above very basic, you'll need to do some driving to get them. For service, I would grade a "D." Just know going in that customer service is not their thing. Their in-store customer service is on par with WalMart, don't ask them to do anything because you will get attitude. Just being there in their space is enough to irritate them. If you are a white person (especially male), be careful who you go to for check out because there is a particular group of people who have ALWAYS treated me with disdain. They will be rude, will be rough with your groceries, and treat you like you are sub-human. (You will quickly and painfully learn which group to avoid, they are incapable of treating all people like people.) I tried to reach out to Food Lion in general to address the issues, didn't want to go public, but in order to do so they asked for my address and phone number.
