UPDATE!!! Nothing has changed been here for 8 months now and…read morestill have to soak up water at the front entrance of my house when it rains. Supposedly the doors on back order but I have a contractor telling me he carries screen doors daily. I don't buy any of the BS the office tells you and you can't get ahold of corporate to make any complaints. If you are a resident of Monroe county and you are looking for a mobile home community to move into I would highly recommend you find somewhere else to go. Definitely not a yes community. We will most likely be moving back to our Meadowbrook Estates because things actually got done there. It wouldn't be that bad living here if management and maintenance actually did their job. We have lived here for 6 months and have made them aware of many issues with the home. nothing is being done to fix the home. I have email management and said something to maintenance and still nothing. They have what they call a gold key inspection and did not show up. When they finally showed up a week later the only thing they half assed fixed was a bedroom door. My front door leaks water when it rains and only half the house get heat and air. I have had deliveries that could not find my home because there are no street signs. The manager has no people skills and a bit of an audited to residents. I am convinced that this is a requirement form corrupt for an employee. You would think being that work for us this would be unacceptable.

Not to bad of a manufactured community. It's still a trailer park but have seen much worse. Decent…read morepool and nice clubhouse. Lot rent is fair.

I could walk in the park after dark. Since the purchase, the quality of the park has gone into a sharp nose dive. The cost rent has gone up to $925. They force you to get one Internet service provider, which is typically spotty. The main water main breaks down constantly and then they force us to tenants to pay more. When you call and complain, they tell you oh you must have a leak even though I am the one that repaired all of my plumbing so I would know if there is a leak or not. They charge you an amenity fee whether or not you use the gym and pool there are constant break-ins throughout the community and it seems like it's getting worse and worse. I used to be able to walk the streets of the park at night but the last time I tried that I was almost mugged. The park also likes to come in and mow your lawn after you've already mowed it and in the process loves to kill your ornamental plants. They mow down my tulips and my ornamental grasses and then tried to send me a bill for it. I haven't even mentioned the shady business practice. Is they use to convince people to purchase trailers in their park. I had a lease through them and it had yet to expire, but my roommate did not sign off lease so they wouldn't let me get another one. They did however have a trailer available for sale. They told me that the pipes were wrapped insulated and were in good shape and that the roof had just been replaced. I was young and you didn't really know any better so I figured I would try and trust them. IT WAS A LIE. within a year of moving in my pipes burst and destroyed my kitchen floor and my roof now leaks. When I climbed under to repair the I come to find that the insulation had been cut and the pipes lay and exposed. Do not purchase a trailer from them. Do not rent from them. Stay clear from any park owned by communities. They are scam artists and they will do everything they can to take your money. I used to just pay a lot rent fee like normal every year they increase it by at least 25 or more dollars and now they've tacked on a "month-to-month leasing fee" meaning if I don't sign I yearly lease for the lot, not the trailer that I'm purchasing, just a lot I had to pay an additional $40 on top of my rent. My mortgage is only $700... Lot rent in this park because of all of this is $925. Again, avoid this place like the plague!
