I've never been to this clinic before today. I tried calling them to see when I can be seen and the phone lines were down, I found out later several in the day other businesses lines were down. I'm guessing due to the weather. I decided to just walk in and see what I could do as far as being seen or have to make an appt. Every staff member I met today, was kind and caring. They went above and beyond to get me seen the same day. They were compassionate in seeing I needed their help. I met with a nurse Becky to tell her what was going on and not one person rushed me through a visit. She was so nice and genuine. The Dr's Marty and Chris were extremely helpful, took their time. I didn't feel like another number to them, instead they thanked me for coming in and getting help several times. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this clinic read more

It's very frustrating when you first have to wait for an insurance approval for a procedure and…read morethen have to call one (1) month later after approval was given to get a date for said procedure. Was told at the time they didn't see it as they had other things to take care of. I then had to call for my results only to find that the data was never sent over to my doctor until over a week after the procedure. I wonder why insurance costs are so high when people can't do their jobs. It's disheartening when you have to follow up with the doctors because evidently your health is not their priority. Lack of urgency and follow-thru. No consequences for lack of patient care or follow-thru.

I was…read moreskeptical at first because I couldn't understand my own feelings myself so how could someone else talk to me and understand. I was so depressed that I was considering ending my life. In Aug of 2022 I went to see Trisha and after our talk I left with hope that I hadn't had for 2 years. It was amazing that someone who I hadn't even met before could care so much to understand me and give me hope as well as the tools to get better. I am now doing very well and have experienced 10 weeks with no depression. I have been so impressed by Trisha's help that I have referred her to several other friends, who have been also impressed with the help they are receiving from her. She is not only a listening ear, but she also trains you and gives you the tools to take care of yourself. Thank you, Kerri Powell, for hiring such caring and helpful people.
