Emu's are apparently better quality than Ugg's and their inner sole can be removed anyway I was sold a pair of Emu's by the 'manager?' who was most helpful and he very kindly treated the boots for me in the shop. I bought my Emu's in the snow of Winter and returned January 2011 to buy another pair and bless them they had a sale on so I was even happier. I was served by the same man and he was just as good as before. I am a fan and will be returning to shop in this shop for the next season.

When queried they said that there is a minimum charge on stitching of €20 no matter how many stitches required. Good customer service would have been to ssy this in advance. Very very expensive

She says the selection is not at all bad and the prices are reasonable (again, we differ considerably on this point) The shop is well laid out and the staff friendly, it is (apparently) worth checking out!

This is one of these odd shops that you have to make an effort to get your head around…read more so, Arnotts is a big department store on Henry street in Dublin city centre, what in gods name made them to decide to stick one of their departments way out in Stillorgan miles from the parent store!? its not even like its in the most excitign shopping centre either! Anyway, we should be glad its there, it does nice good quality shoes and it has staff that you imagine have worked there for years and really see shoe selling as a particular trade which i suppose it is!

She and all staff are trained podiatrists Firstly you complete a brief basic questionnaire and then Brenda thoroughly checked my feet, ankles & toes and measured my feet both in a sitting & standing position. Then I stood on a machine which measured pressure points on both feet via infrared technology & then there was a further piece of equipment which carefully produces a three dimensional computer image of the required arch supports. Once the order was placed I am told it will be 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive in the store & they'll call me to collect them, as they are manufactured in their lab in the US. Overall a very efficient and friendly service.
