We screened a handful of home health care companies. Marie is very particular and asked all the right questions so I know shes a professional. They come 3 times a week to help cook clean and wash up. Vernon recommended three days of PT but because of his clients he could not accommodate all three days. So instead of the company making accommodations by providing a different PT person for the third day or asking me if I would settle for two days of PT for now they decided they no longer wanted to work with my husband. Absolutely no compassion shown to my husbands condition. Management was very inflexible not willing to work with me or make alternate accommodations. I give their workers a five star but the company a zero star rating

I want feeling better so called Doctoroo this morning to see if I could get an appointment. Not only was I able to, but got one in less than 3 hours- incredible. Provider explained everything in great detail and why I needed fluids. To be able to lay down, on the couch in my own home was amazing. This scardy cat of needles is now converted. If I would have gone to the ER, I would have waited forever, and risked catching something else . Insurance ? Yes they take! $10 co-pay. I have color back, feeling a little better and definitely grateful for Doctoroo and their services. If you are looking for fast, QUALITY, medical care, look no further ! Cannot recommend enough.

When we called the director back, she cheerfully told us that they can't recertify my mom until she gets medicaid and hung up. They have no remorse for abandoning us. Lack of staffing left them unable to meet her needs (regarding therapies for several weeks after her release home), resulting in her not getting proper care. And when finally resolved, and therapists started to come consistently, they DID NOT provide adequate therapy and merely focused on stretching- no actual rehabilitative physical or occupational therapy was provided at all. When I expressed concern, therapists (OT and PT) argued over who's responsibility it was to provide such care/therapy. Though my mother was making strides in rehab facility, all progress stopped when put in the hands of this agency. They appeared to meet with her and immediately decide she was a lost cause and made no effort to rehabilitate, though she had made measurable progress in previous facility, with people who worked hard with her, seeing her potential. Unprofessional and negligent describe this facility.
