Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist! Filling that was done fell out twice! Took almost 2…read moremons of back and forth with the office before getting a response from Dr. Wooden, and their position is that I should have gone back to let him try it a 3rd time....but instead I went to someone who knows what they're doing...so Wooden's office keeps sending me a bill! They don't care at all that they totally screwed up and caused me to b in pain for weeks, miss work to go get it fixed, and pay all out of pocket to have it fixed.

My only initial request was to have a "retainer " taken off that was barely hanging in there and causing me great pain as it was cutting into my tongue! This would have had to be done before any other work could begin and would have taken NO time to remove!! I came with $3000 verified insurance coverage to the end of 2025 and was initially led to believe that this would be covered as a 2nd appointment was then made.... Long story short ... Dr Paddy informed me right at the beginning of this next appointment, that he wanted $500 cash , upfront, to remove this retainer before any other services would be provided!! I was shocked to say the least and was absolutely irate about being misled from the beginning!! Hey, what you have here is another Dr. that is much more interested in the money than the care of his patients and their situation!!!
