Once you turn into the parking lot turn left and look to the right. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a hello and a pleasant smile. There were 3 staff members there waiting to assist customers. They also have security at the door. The attendant asked if i had an appointment. I advised I had two appointments that day. She checked me in for the first one and advised me she would check me in for the second one after the first visit was completed. She did just that. I didn't have to remind her because she found me in the waiting area. The waiting area has plenty of comfortable seating and to my surprise there was phone charging stations. There is also a pharmacy towards the back of the lobby. I had an awesome experience with Dr Schenkel and Dr Redmond. They both have excellent bedside manner and were attentive when listening to me and my needs. They were thorough in their care. Grady has done so much for putting this outpatient office in this community and the new South Fulton facility coming soon in Union City. Give these folks a try. They will take good care of your needs.

My appointment was for 7:15am. The door to the office was locked. We were not let in until 7:23 which was a bit inconvenient as I had to head into work right after. The waiting area had about 14 seats and the Express Check-in scanner was not working. Once I was finally seen, the gentleman who assisted me was great. I took a Lyft so I'm not sure about parking, but it's very close to the Civic Center MARTA station.

Been in the waiting room since 7am. It's strange how our reviews do not influence necessary changes in the service area. Feels like a government contract that hires workers at the lowest wage possible and continues to add little to no value to the business or the employee's advancement. So, we become stuck and complacent. I'm sure someone will read this review and think of ways to make this a better place to visit, but until we hold the owners of this business accountable, there will be no change. There will also be no change if the workers who show up are not informed about the experience of each person who enters their office. Advocates come on all levels. Making a difference matters when there is a check with your name involved. Or is it that no one cares anymore? I'm beginning to believe that we accept these standards and make it ok for low reviews to stick, and we continue to patronize the business without forcing change. Its time we stand up for ourselves.

I made them aware if my homeless situation and they promised a case worker to help. I suffer from PTSD, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. I was offered a case workwear for that... guess what?... no help yet. ( good thing I'm not suicidal anymore.) I would also like to add that my sugar spiked and they put me on met Forman... guards kept dropping low. I took myself off of it , now sugar is stable. I even asked the Practitioner, what GMO does to the body when mixed with medication... Guess what? She couldn't answer... (crickets) lol. You will get drug pushers at this location too. I went to the Roswell location for a required TB test and came to this location to have it read two…read moredays later because it's closer to home. The Roswell location told me it was not necessary to make a follow up appointment to have it read, and to just walk in and have someone look at my arm. Reading a TB test is literally a visual test that takes 5 seconds. So I walk in, there's someone waiting, no problem. Two others walk in five minutes later, one of whom had an appointment and I was told they had to prioritize appointments. This would be fine if: 1) the prior location specifically said not to make a follow up appointment 2) all the nurse needed to do was look at my arm On top of all this, when I addressed the issue all the nurse did was talk over me. I will certainly not be back to this location. There are many other locations in Atlanta that I'm sure are kinder and better run. In the end, I was brought back 15 minutes later for 10 secs, she felt my arm and I was done. SMH.
