I have selected every one of their choices, attempted to speak to front desk, billing, you name it. NO RESPONSE. I have called several times a day between May 28th and June 24th (when I'm writing this review) they do not respond to anything. All I need is an itemized bill of what they did while I was in urgent care to submit to my medical insurance. ICD codes, CPT codes, etc are required for insurance to bill. All of this could cost someone maybe $50 from cvs. The bill was flat rate $210 and the receipt they gave me was a joke. The saddest thing is, I wanted so badly to like this place and this dr.
