I was recently faced with the very daunting task of clearing out, cleaning up and selling my father's Bainbridge home of over twenty five years. There was definitely some hoarding to contend with, along with some messy DIY projects that happened in much later years. Sonja was recommended by several people I know on Bainbridge. When we met to do our first walk though I was worried that once she saw what I was dealing with she would turn around, walk away and tell me to call her when and if I ever got it cleaned up. Instead she said "we're going to be a team and I'm going to help you get through all of this". Well help me is an understatement. She found an assistant for me, to help me clean and clear out the house. She ordered a dumpster to be delivered, found a great painter and pressure washer, someone else to clean up and re-grout the tile and redo the floors, shopped for carpeting for me (texting me to get approval), and even shopped for a mirror to replace one that was missing in the bathroom. Then she hired the stagers, listed the house and we got an incredible all-cash offer for over the asking (which was more than I expected our asking was going to be). She is beyond a joy to work with. As silly as it sounds, we developed a friendship through all of this - a friendship that I know will last. Her wonderful husband even pitched in when I couldn't be there to do certain tasks.
