It was time for my 400pm iced coffee break and we first went to Starbucks which had closed early due to the weekend holiday. Luckily this coffee shop was close by and I ordered an iced mocha. The coffee was made just the way I like it by the friendly barista and cashier. read more

Business hours are wrong. Says 9, but is not open at 8:15. Drove 4 miles out of the way for some coffee for the rest of our trip it would be nice if the hours were correct read more

The two beverages I ordered today were amazing. But they were definitely not like the consistent flavor that I get at every other Caribou location I've been to recently in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. I ordered the Machta tea latte with almond milk, iced. With sugar-free vanilla flavoring. Again, the drink was amazing and now I'm spoiled and can never have typical versions of this drink ever again, because it was so thick there was so much green tea powder in it but it was like drinking a milkshake, and I know she put almond milk in it not whole dairy ... Because trust me, if there was milk in it, I'd be in the bathroom right now while I write this. :-) I also ordered a decaf Americano, iced, with a splash of almond milk and sugar free vanilla flavoring. It was also really good. But I genuinely, no sarcasm, like my espresso burnt. Your average Joe, ha ha, cup of Joe, average Joe. ... ok maybe I've had too much green tea caffeine. Anyway, probably your average Joe would not agree. The two gals who kind of tag teamed on ringing up the order and making the beverages were also working the Cinnabon counter and probably weren't super well-trained in making the coffee. Or maybe theyre new, Just filling in, who knows. Like I said, I had two awesome beverages, but I could definitely see other people not having such positive experiences. read more

Fairly standard Caribou Coffee place. Espresso drinks are good, sandwiches not so much. Free WiFi. read more

I would put a 0 but that wasn't an option. The workers were extremely rude and messed up me and my husband's drinks. They refused to fix them and told us to leave. read more

Best service from a beyond friendly staff! They remember me by name and always say "Have a great day!"

Worse experience ever! We waited in line for over 12 min then our coffees were either cold or under mixed. Brutal. Don't expect this location to last! read more

Alright listen here Linda V. So my sisters and I were rolling up to caribou expecting a nice time as per usual because most of the workers there are delightful and we love to joke around with them. But today, as we were ordering our drinks through the drive thru, our mom didn't know our orders so we were trying to help a gal out by saying our order loudly and clearly so the workers could understand us. But while my friend was trying to order, Linda V yelled at her to settle down and stop being excited and order "like a normal person." I have a couple issues with this. First of all Linda should be able to handle excited teenagers if she is going to be around them all day. Second of all, she doesn't need to be so rude and yell at paying customers to act like "normal people". We were also about to tell her they were all separate when she rudely told us to pull forward and proceeded to turn her mic off:(. When we pulled forward we had to tell her they were separate, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and slam the window shut. Another thing is that we had four drink orders, 2 out of the 4 were just coffee when they were both a caramel or vanilla white chocolate flavored. read more

If there was an option to give less than one star I probably would. The coffee is decent, however, one needs to commit so much time to get that decent cup of coffee it is ridiculous. Today, my wife and went to the drive-thru to get 2 black coffees. We were in line for over 20 minutes and only saw two cars be served during that time. This is not an isolated incident either. This is a regular occurrence every time we attempt to give them another shot (which I think we are done doing). Caribou is a great brand. It is too bad this location is demolishing this great brand's reputation. read more

Can the drive thru get any slower? Love the coffee hate the wait. I will go to Hy-Vee for faster service!

Well this caribou has some awesome baristas and some very poor. Most of the time it's great, especially if Brandi is working. But they often times close 10-15 minutes before the posted time to clean. Seems stupid to close before the posted time to me. It's happened several times recently. Would have been 5 if only rating on the beverages. They are great!!! read more

The drinks were delicious and piping hot on a cold day. The staff was friendly and made our visit enjoyable. We had a campfire mocha and a mint conditions; two of our family's favorites. Caribou is a great change up to the average Starbucks. read more
