They were often late, which throws my working hours off. The last and final time we used this service, they were 45 mins late and my mother was left alone on the sidewalk and asleep! I called the office and i talked to a supervisor. I requested a refund or a few vouchers considering a lot of downtime and excuses. The supervisor talked down to me and gaslit me that maybe it was all just me? Their customer service sucks and no one gives a damn about their fare. You're just cash. Who cares. I will never use this service again.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I honestly have nothing negative to say about either. The stayed in the emergency room until the Dr's took over maybe this is customary I don't know but the bantering back and forth made for an easier transition Sadly to an uncaring emergency room dr. Including the initial transporting which I needed immediate medical attention. Upon my release to a new address, I received a bill from AMR for 1,780.00 dollars which they wanted me to pay immediately. I called to state that wasn't possible and then asked about why I was being charged for certain services without being told beforehand he didn't have an answer. I also told him my rent was due, Could I set up a payment plan (I don't qualify for charity care as it does not include rent as an expense-that takes up most of my income). He agreed to a payment plan then asked me how much do you think you can pay per month? When I gave him a number. He refused, stating I had to pay a minimum I can't afford. He stated he'd send the charity form anyhow. But I had to call AMR three times to get it sent because AMR began sending collection notices. I have no idea why AMR won't agree to my offer since it is all I can afford to pay monthly. I was not given accurate information as to why I was charged. And no access to a higher up. In order to pay them their minimum monthly payment I have to stop buying my prescriptions and go to a food pantry, please avoid them or make sure you ask upfront what you are being charged for when transported.

Ray and his partner were able to safely remove my friend from a private jet and take him directly to Mass General. My friend broke his leg in the Bahamas and couldn't put any weight on his foot. Ray and his partner jumped right in and made what we thought was going to be a nightmare very easy for us. It was freezing cold, but they kept my friend warm and calm during the transport. Thanks again, Ray and partner--I'm sorry I forgot her name. She seemed to be new, but she was also amazing and extremely caring and professional.
