I asked about this at the time and was told "it's normal" and to wait. I waited and the lawn was worse so I called again and was told this is "normal" and that's it - they don't stand by their work AT ALL and will blank you once they've been paid. I've attached pictures from the initial installaction and the current state of my lawn which is probably 95% dead at this point.

Celso is honestly one of the nicest and most communicative contractors I have ever worked with.
