September of 2023 I contacted Mr Kell once more to add and make some changes to the Website. He gave me a quote for $2000.00. His reasoning was that he had under charged me initially. $1450.00 for Website, 5 months at $99 a month of hosting which was paid to Mr Kell, and now another $2000.00! OK, time to move on.
