As someone relatively new to Melbourne, one of the hardest things I've had trouble finding is a decent doctor. This surgery is by far the worst I've stumbled across. I arrived 10 minutes early to be greeted by the receptionist with the following sentence "That's right, you're new *sigh*. You'll need to fill in these forms, go sit there" She then proceeded to take personal calls whilst 4 patients were waiting in the relatively small waiting area. One call was a friend of hers prank calling her saying that they had been shot in the stomach. Her advice to what she thought was a real caller was "call 911" As you can imagine, my concern with a medical staffer using an American emergency number to someone who was potentially in a dire situation was quite large. Do yourself a favour, go to chemist warehouse and get a diagnosis from the 16 year old work experience kid. You'll be glad you did. read more

Dr Nadia is amazing. It's a busy little practice. They now have extended hours which is helpful. Booking online is very helpful as well.
