I found them about 10 years ago when I moved back to St Pete. They have been life savers ever since, taking care of two cats. The first cat had health issues and required medication, was so grateful to have a pro like Elizabeth to look after her. The second cat, Bella, is still with me. She is easily stressed and doesn't like change (you may know some people like that. Lol) but when I get home from my travels - Bella is quite relaxed and happy. It has not only been when I've traveled that At Your Bark and Call has helped me, last year I was unexpectedly hospitalized for 6 days. All it took was a text message to Elizabeth and Bella was cared for. By the way - not only does the team help with my pets, they collect my mail and water my plants, too. Truly I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Elizabeth for all your help and care.

Our puppy Fletcher loves Bruce! This was an amazing experience. If you're looking for a trainer for…read moreyour dog, I highly recommend working with Bruce at Groovy Dogs. This is my first dog and my boyfriend's first puppy - while we were doing OK with some training we were starting to struggle with consistency, walking him on a leash and not being pulled, etc. We were watching YouTube videos, following training accounts on social media, and getting lots of conflicting messages! Over the last 6 weeks, Bruce's trust-based approach has had a great impact on how we interact with our dog and how he responds! He got to know our dog and adjusted what we were focusing on each week to tailor to his strengths and needs. Plus, he made it more palatable and fun for us and our pup. Through quick 2-minute games throughout the day, we gained consistency with our training and strengthened our bond with our boy. Not only did Fletcher gain a ton of know-how, but we feel so well equipped to reinforce and maintain this training moving forward, and in a way that doesn't feel like training. Thank you Bruce, we can't wait to see you for our graduation field trip!

I hate leaving bad reviews especially for a small business however this was such a negative…read moreexperience it needs to be said. Our dog participated in board and train for reactivity. Here was our experience: * Bruce seemed very kind and like he was skilled but I think he either just had too much going on in his personal life to take a board and train at that time OR took more dogs in for training than he said he would. It was supposed to be one on one board and training * We did not receive regular updates or photos as promised. The communication was very limited and concerning * It took significantly longer to get our dog back than the scheduled amount of time. * Our dog had a medical issue during the stay and we were not informed * When we got our dog back they were emaciated, Bruce stated this was normal because he doesn't feed dogs during training, and only feeds them when he is actively training. However it was alarming and you could see their bones * Our dog came back with bite wounds from another dog and was very different personality wise. It was as if they had PTSD. Overall, Bruce was always kind but we had an awful experience and it was troubling as a pet owner. I cannot recommend the services. I hope others and their fur babies had a better experience than ours.
