At the end of 2024, Lata came out and gave a bid, started working. I paid in full at that time because I am a good person and wanted to show good faith. Our last communication was that he would give me a check for a refund of the amount I paid, postdated for the end of March saying that if he did not finish the job then I could cash the check.
