Based on his website and the obvious marketing he does with google I thought it would good for me to hire him. He did not do CRAP!! He missed a court date and I was caught standing there with my dk in my hands. The next hearing he didn't even know my name or know ANYTHING about my case!!! I later found out that it took him 3 times to pass the state BAR exam. He settles ALL of his cases and the offenders get the same sentence they would have gotten if they had no attorney at all. After the prosecuting attorney made me their offer based on the case that Kelly made I decided to hire another attorney. I had a legitimate case. I was pulled over in a construction zone going 2 miles over the construction speed. My new attorney actually looked into the case and proved that the construction zone sign placement on the road did not match the engineering plans submitted to UDOT. The cop had started his "investigation" (tuned on his lights to pull me over) before the actual "approved" construction zone began and got the charges dropped.
