If you rent from Ingram unless it's a new property you are getting lipstick on a pig. They spend the minimum required to rehab a property between tenants. A coat of paint, maybe new carpet. The truth lies in the AC filters, look and you will probably find all the remnants of the last tenants, hair, skin cells, roach droppings, dog and cat hair, you know all the nasty stuff we leave behind. They are in our for the money only and have no idea what it means to improve a neighborhood. They'll put a shack in Beverley Hills if it'll get em more money.

Since, I am relocating, I've had to travel from 100 miles in order to view the property. My appointment was made thru the Ms. A, property manager, 1 week prior to viewing the property today. It is a sad day only to find out she had rented the place already with no phone call to me to say do not come. I told her that I will be coming out of town to view this house. Well where is integrity and respect to customer that are out of town. After calling her to let it be known that we were at the place early, that is when she finally answered the line to say "I am sorry, tried calling the people on my list". Grant you I have a cell phone and there is no call from her. A letter will be going out to their board. No customer out of town or in town should ever be treated like this. GE Matthews will never, ever have my business again.
