Bob came out today and was friendly and helpful. He took some Time to gather measurements and get an estimate together. I felt confident with the process and estimate. I will be calling tomorrow to get job scheduled. Once job is completed I will update my review. Post job- They arrived on time for my job and finished at the time they stated. Crew leader Alex was very helpful. My home over 100 years old and the basement was probably hand dug. My wall that needed service was made of stone, brick and mortar. Very pleased with our job.

The problem is when I contracted them to install a basement egress window. Very different experience here. I have tried to work with them on getting to a good conclusion, but i believe i am stuck with a shoddy looking window form the outside. Looks nice from inside at least. In short; -It took them much longer to finish once started than promised -My window well is crooked -The egress cover doesn't fit properly (looks haphazard) -My irrigation system is still leaking due to carelessness (not from the digging actually) Additional concerns; -Basement wall interior has many chunks missing from it now. (fixed) -Irrigation system cover damaged during backfill (dirt was just laid on ground, not on a tarp or piece of wood as I was told it would be). -Dirty/no post job clean up in basement. I removed the rubble myself, a mess still remains. -Instead of leaving the backfill dirt as promised, they took it all, so the soil around the window is depressed again. (still sinking and i have no backfill dirt) -My fence was not repaired properly from removal and damage done by backhoe. (fixed) -They tried to put the window in the wrong place. (caught in time)

Paul came to my home and gave a thorough estimate and detailed drawing of what they would do. He explained how it would work and answered all my questions, no matter how many times I called or texted. The job was on the small side so Curtis and his amazing crew were able to finish the job in one day. They installed a curtain drain (buried) throughout my yard, and a sump pump in my basement. The sump pump is also tied to the new drain system. Looking at my yard after the job you can't tell they were here. Curtis and his crew were able to save my sod and put it back over parts of the drainage system! They were fast and super clean! Even the jackhammering in my basement didn't bother my daughter who works from home. I can't say enough about Paul Franklin, Curtis and the hard working crew at Case!!

Day of installation they install black Hydraway over drywall on a finished exterior wall. According to installer we didn't need that 38 feet at all yet we were charged for it(Exterior wall and walk-out basemen-load bearing wall not poured concrete) We should be reimbursed for the 38 feet that was not needed. Now we have a bigger expense/mess to fix with our basement remodel contractor.

The owner came out talked a big game about integrity and wanting to make it right. Upon leaving he said he would have someone out the following week to scope it and fix what they failed to fix the first time. We heard nothing from C King the following week. My husband reached out to the owner directly several times and never heard back. After all the rain we had in late March early April we came home from Spring Break to a river in our basement. Now we are not only out $7,000 but now we are moving on with a different company and will be out their cost to fix what C King couldn't/wouldn't. We will be reporting C King to the Better Business Bureau for breach of contract. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Also left voice, no response except automated request for pictures. Nothing after that. So maybe job is too small. Anyway no response. Probably will let them do an estimate just so we have 3 to compare.

During the work, the crew accidentally broke a concrete slab. Over the course of a year of being very patient, and several late and no-call no-shows, they decided to caulk and seal. I repeatedly asked for a slab replacement, but they kept saying, "Give this a chance." Danniel was very pleasant to deal with, but now it looks worse than before. Robert would never return my call or email. The cost to replace the broken slab is $6,000, and they feel that a $100 discount, free sealant, and caulking was sufficient.

This job is WAY to big for the company to handle. Our insurance company has now been waiting for over 3 weeks for Contractor / Manager Aaron Sapp to submit measurements so they can finally order the material. I was then told they would complete our siding and interior repairs until they could finally get around to submitting the roof measurements. Aaron arrived on Saturday to do the siding repairs, took payment in full, got paid, left to "go get a ladder" and never showed back up. After being lied to and assured 3 times the work would be completed on Saturday (Before and after leaving) I have called, left voicemails, sent texts and emailed asking for an update as to when they will be back to do the job and have yet to receive a response. In all we have now paid the company over $10,000 for them to have completed no repairs and can't even get ahold of anyone form the company.
