I hate this place. No real people to talk to unless you can wade through AI and trick the system. People are rude and have ZERO follow through. I have a time sensitive issue and can't reach anyone. If I die, I'm suing them for lack of care. (Yeah, I know it's not a thing, but I can threaten it because it makes me feel better. No, it's not an ER thing, it's a question that impacts other decisions.) Checked in for my Medtronic's Appointment, 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time, a ton of patients have been called ahead of me but for different Drs. We are now 10 minutes past scheduled appoint, pretty frustrating when the patient makes every attempt to get to Drs. office 15 minutes early as requested?? Over 5 years I watched this group turn into a mass cattle call of patients. When Dr. Quinn retired, I asked for a recommendation for replacement. When I tried to make an appointment with the recommended Dr. reception would not allow me access to the Dr I was recommended. Now you cannot call and talk to a person. It is an "AI" call taker you have to deal with. They have gotten too big and provide no customer service. Went to the authorized third party provider for MVD on Cotton and Greenway. The wait was only a couple of minutes as all employees seemed professional and friendly. Abraham assisted me in getting my Arizona license. I previously had one from CO. He actually made the transaction easy and pleasant. Want to thank him as I am a senior and can get nervous. Communication is atrocious Creating a patient portal is difficult....there is nothing that says "create patient portal" instead it says sign in....so apparently you have to request a sign in temporary password to create the portal and they will give it to you maybe in a day....I'll let you know Talking to the medical assistant for Dr Amponsah was a total disaster...she could not help me to find out which medications I was supposed to be in, considering I had been give three new ones Getting the doctor to call you to ask the question is an impossibility.... I could not even leave a message asking the question or requesting a call I can not send an email to the doctor asking any questions either.... So as a patient I feel totally disconnected ..... My dad was referred to Cardiac Solutions by his primary physician. He is new to the area and had a few different medical complaints. Everyone that works there is so friendly and accommodating, which was a good start. After meeting with Dr. Shaia, all of his concerns were addressed and, most importantly, my dad felt heard. The doctor I was to see was called out on emergency surgery. Instead of calling people to reschedule they had all of us come in and wait up to and over an hour for the doctor to come in. He was very upset and rushed his patients through and didn't listen to what we came for. I fault the organization or the CEO for not changing what is going on and pushing our doctors to their limits just to get patients. It is obvious they don't care for us older patients who are giving them a living. Dr's. Are absolutely amazing the office staff on the other hand are extremely rude and you never get in on time as they book multiple people for same time with the same dr. You can never get anyone to answer the phone and the voicemail is always full so you can't leave a message for you cardiologist. Currently had a 3:15 appointment and the girl at the counter said sorry he is running late. I said so you guys over booked yet again. She just rolled her eyes. Arrived early as directed. There was a line. I waited patiently to check in. I handed them my paperwork that I was required to print. She asked "What is this?" It's the paperwork I was told to do. She went through it and then informed me that my appointment was at 11:30 and it was now 11:33. I told her I was here on time, but I had to wait in line. I was then informed she would have to see if the doctor was still there. Really 3 minutes and a doctor bolts for the door? Someone came out and called my name to go back a minute or 2 later and the lady at reception told her, no she is going to reschedule. The doctor left. Like hell I am going to reschedule. I went to cardiac solutions in Sun City West i saw Dr Klopf he ordered 3 tests a stress test a 24 hour monitor and a ultra sound i did the 3 tests in 4 days i asked the receptionist at check out what the cost would be she told me the price of the test without insurance it totaled around $350 i just got my bill after insurance deductions it was $505 WHY SHOULD IT BE MORE Dr Klopf seems to just rush you out as quickly as possible when he gave me the results it took less than 1 minute i wanted to ask questions but he was half way out the door seems all he wants to do is get through patients as quick as possible all about money would definitely NOT recommend this place well at least Dr Klopf read more

On Sept 13th, I had a 3:45 PM appointment with Dr. Klopf, who is just awesome. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. There was only one elevator working, and it was being run by an employee sitting in a chair with her beverage. We were able to get up to the 3rd floor after a brief wait. Check in was a breeze. After weighing in and my EKG, I was sent over to the other side to wait for my time with Dr Klopf. He was running late so I got in at 4:20. After my visit, I waited in the checkout line. I still need some assistance from my husband getting around sometimes so he waited with me. The checkout girl was just really rude to my husband who was not wearing a mask and was told that it is required. Yet there were 3 employees not masked up at all. The CDC has said that Covid is over, and the mask mandate has been dropped for quite some time. It is a personal choice for those wishing to make up. For folks with COPD and Asthma the mask is terrible. After finally being checked out, it was time to wait for the elevator. None of them were working at that time. Cardiac Solutions was in clear violation of not providing safety for their patients. They should have had the Fire department there for assistance for all of us. We ended up taking the stairs all the way down. (This is after having had a total right knee replacement.) I am not leaving Dr. Klopf because we both really like him. This place has the worst reception people in the front who check you in! My appointment was at 4:30 I rushed from across town Tempe where I work and get off at 3:30 I by a miracle made it at 4:32 I walked off the elevator and proceeded to stand there as it seemed the reception people were too busy to the right just chatting it up finally another lady comes around from the back to ask if I'd been helped I say no and proceed to check in by this time it's 4:37 she says oh she's probably already cleaned up your late! I tell her I've been standing here, she has the nerve to ask me why I didn't get someone's attention? I told her I didn't realize it was the patient's responsibility to say hey can I please check in? Since the signs say they'll call you when they're ready! Worst experience ever! I will never go back to this location I will only go to the Peoria one where everyone is so much nicer!! read more

My husband is a patient at Cardiac Solutions, Sun City West and is scheduled for a procedure on Thursday. He was due to have a CT scan prior to his procedure and stop taking his medication tomorrow. We have left message after message for more than a week now and not one of our messages has been returned. I've called Banner Health to see if an order has even been put in for the CT scan and there has not. We are beyond frustrated as this procedure needs to get done. To postpone it means rescheduling with them in June as he was told originally that they are scheduling more than three months out. They have completely dropped the ball! The lack of communication and difficulty as far as speaking to an actual person at this location is unbelievable. It seems as if they are either too busy or don't actually care much about their patients. If you need cardiac care, do yourself and your family a favor and find another practice. read more
