Good range of cards at a low cost. The shop itself is awful though with bright lights and white decor that make you feel spaced out when you go in! The price you pay for cheap cards I guess. The location of the shop is central to all the major shops in the Queensgate area which makes it convenient to visit. Being near Clintons, it often means I pop in there after refusing to pay £4 for a card! Overall, if you can brave the brash decor, its worth having a look. Some of the cards are cheap looking, but most aren't & you'll end up saving some pennies. read more

The Card Factory in Peterborough sells a wide range of cards for all different occasions at very good prices. The quality of cards is surprisingly good for the price you pay. I have for years made my own cards because I was not happy with the quality or prices of cards in other card shops, but I have given up now as I just can't make them for anywhere near the price I can buy them at card factory for. The only problem I have with this store is that when it is busy, which it quite often is there is not much room to move around as it is a very full small shop. read more

This has to be a top store for value for money if you compare to the Clintons nearby! The card factory has cards for every occassion and plenty to choose from. It also seels small gifts, wrapping paper, boxes, badges and the like which are all considerably cheaper than the leading card shops. The store itself is always very busy and it can be difficult to push the buggy for this reason and also because the bottom row of cards can be reached from said buggy!! I try to avoid at the weekends but make a point of going in and stocking up if im in queensgate in the week. At this time of year unfortunately its all christmas cards with limited choice in other areas but no different to any other card shop at this time of year. read more

This shop may be one of the cheapest places to get greetings cards and other related items but they are generally quite poor quality and you really do get what you pay for. It is sometimes worth browsing around as there are occasionally some decent bargains to be had on things like gift bags and wrapping paper but I usually avoid it. It gets extremely busy at certain times of year and yet never seems to have enough to staff to cope with the volume of customers and the shop is so cramped that you cannot move round because the queue for the tills fills half of it. Cards are often badly organised and all over the place making it hard to find what you are after and then to find the envelope that matches. Not my favourite shop by a long way. read more
