Friendly and courteous he told me what the car was worth and assured me he would not take advantage. When Ray his driver came he checked the car and told me I had two catalytic converters that were the originals (after ScrapCarBuyers told me I had none and lowered their price to half of their original quote). He gave me the agreed upon price and everything was hassle-free. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair and honest deal. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
