I bought a used vehicle from this location, I was referred by a friend. Now, there were some ups…read moreand downs throughout the process, so I want to be fair. I found a car I was interested in, and called to make an appointment for a test drive. My appointment was during my lunch at work, since it was nearby. When I arrived, the car was nowhere near ready to be test driven. It was caked in ice and snow, so I waited about 15-20 mins for the sales rep to try and chip it out with a squeegee-like tool. Not off to a great start. Then once the car is defrosted, it turns out that it has no gas, there's another 15min delay meaning I can't actually do the test drive, I have to get back to work! So I left, very disappointed. My friend that referred me made some phone calls, and the manager called me right away to apologize and arrange for another sales rep to bring the car to my work for a test drive. Now - that is how you correct a situation. While I was slightly salty about my experience, this manager made it right. New rep was great, professional and friendly. I wound up getting the car, everything was great with the purchase process. It was picking up the car where it went down a little again. The car was to be detailed, and it was not detailed very well. It was a little disappointing to get my 'new' detailed car and have a white crusty residue all over my black leather seats. I've managed to get most of it off, but I would expect something like that to be dealt with during the detailing process. The floor mats in the car were soaking wet - something we didn't realize until a few days later when (still soaking) they started to smell of mildew. These are small issues, but detracted from the car buying experience. I guess my final comment is that since I picked up the car, I've not heard boo from anyone at this dealership. No follow up to see how things are going, or if I'm happy with everything. Maybe they don't do that type of thing, but I've been in sales for awhile and it's common practice for me. Either way, credit where credits' due, but would I recommend buying from here? Tough to say. I'm happy with my car, so that's something!

They are there for the sale but not for the service! I decided to reach out to Moe who happened to…read morebe an old friend of mine. I traded in a 2020 Hyundai Kona for a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 and they low-balled me explaining they need to make their profit somehow. Then it just got worse from there... We had issues with the brakes when we test drove the Rav 4 and was told they would fix this...the issue was still present upon pick up. The condition of the rav 4 when I picked it up was disgusting inside, you'd think they'd take extra care to clean the vehicles during Covid. There was a number of issues I had with the vehicle; front brake pads and motors grinding when braking, the USB port wasn't working, the passenger headlight was blown, the wipers were no good, original tires were on and driven over 90k just to name a few... Moe informed me that the client had the car serviced regularly so I asked to see the carfax and he told me carfax doesn't include service done to the vehicles. I provided a report from my other vehicle to show him that I know how carfax reports look and that it does include services. Moe told me that the dealership doesn't work on things that are not part of safety before selling it, that's why they didn't care to have the USB port working. Moe said the service manager will reach out to me regarding the other issues and nobody ever did, in fact Moe also left me on read when I brought up the issues I was having with Michelle Owen who handles financing. I still haven't heard from him and before leaving the dealership he was so persistent asking to leave him a 5* review. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for the extended warranty, it doesn't cover anything. I made the mistake of getting it but Michelle informed me I can cancel anytime and get the money back prorated. I picked up the car on Sept 30 and I decided to email her on November 1st to cancel my warranty but also mentioned about Moe and my brakes getting fixed and she disregarded my email entirely. Michelle was suppose to reach out to Hyundai and inform them that they'd be paying out my loan since I no longer had that vehicle and she failed to do this which resulted in me being charged an additional payment. I had to spend my personal time making the necessary calls to get my situation sorted out. I also reached out to Tricare to cancel my warranty but they informed me that the dealership needs to process the request. Michelle insisted that you do not need a cancellation form. She sang the same song from November 1st 2021 up until December 13th 2021, when I stated via email that if she couldn't get a cancellation form to me to sign that I'd like to speak to a manager. That same day she assured me I didn't need to sign the form, 2 hours later she emailed me telling me she does infact need me to sign a form. I cannot possibly be the first person to cancel my warranty. How are the staff here not informed of the processes involved in obtaining and canceling a warranty? She tried to take advantage of me again that day by processing the cancellation form to state that I got the car Sept 30 and cancel the warranty on Dec 13, this would make me lose money since you can only get a full refund if you cancel within 60 days. I called in to the dealership to speak to a manager, Steve was the person I spoke with and he didn't even apologize or acknowledge the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. He told me there were certain steps they needed to take,  I guess lying to the customers is more than ok, as long as they can continue to make money off us. From the initial request in November 2021 to cancel the warranty, I had to wait until mid February before everything could be sorted out. I purposely waited till I received my refund before leaving a review so there wouldn't be any more funny business or further delays. Please take your business somewhere else, they don't know what customer service is really about.
