She was enthusiastic at first, but then when she realized I was a small business, she handed me off to one of her low level assistants Mari. At every turn, they delayed processing my order. I did most of the leg work and design. The last straw was when Mari called my son a liar. As you can imagine I was furious! I called Mari out. I will NOT do business with liars and a business that has Zero integrity. You Brandon show your lack of understanding by posting a Yelp review on your OWN company. HIGHLY unprofessional and ignorant. I went to another vendor Graphicz Unlimited. They got my order for all my items completed in 24 hours, not two weeks, like your company. They were professional and courteous. Defend the lack of integrity and lies of your staff. It is a SAD reflection on your business. Good day sir and good luck with your 'tactics'. For shame!

I was recommended this graphic design company by a friend and needed something fairly simple done…read more First few times I tried calling they were busy but they called me back within two and talked through my ideas. The person I spoke with (don't remember his name) was very courteous and listened to all of my ideas before making suggestions himself which I appreciated. I know he's the profession but I wanted to get across my idea without being interrupted. They were pretty swamped with work so my small task had to take a little bit of a back seat. When the work was eventually done it was excellent, I was very please with the end result and the cost and had received lots of compliments. Will certainly use this service again if and when needed but will try and allow myself some more time to get it done. I gave 4 stars because I do think it could have been done pretty quickly given the size of the job but I do want to also recognize that they probably have to respect the order of customers they receive. Everyone has deadlines. As they get more business it may be a good idea to get a receptionist or someone so we aren't having to leave messages too many times. Overall I recommend this business for the high quality of their end product.

Since then I have followed Donegee's work and have only seen improvement and community involvement. If you need a photographer, please review their portfolios (http://www.donegeemedia.com/category/photography/). If you are making memories, document them with Donegee Media. You won't regret it!
