It's not to loud and it's not to soft. Frank the owner brings in artist because they are good not just because they will pack in crowds. SO it has a great vibe and great beer. He has a diverse taste in music so you can't pin all the acts into one style of music. As venue it's a Gem. Well worth seeking out by any traveler or local.
