I asked her to highlight the back of my hair which was still dark and she added more blonde to my entire hair taking away all my lowlights which wasnt a big deal as I didnt mind all the blonde even though this was not what I asked for. Most of my lashes came off within the week (even though I followed the instructions she gave me). When returning for my fill (which was included in the Groupon I purchased) she was not at her salon and when I tried to reach her, she did not respond to me. I am certain that I arrived for my scheduled appointment because she confirmed with me the same morning.
