POOR & RUBBISH COMPANY. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more Wanted my car washed on a Sunday and had to wait 3 weeks before they were free. Decided to book anyway based on reviews. I called 4 days prior to confirm appointment and I was told everythings ok. NO ONE BOTHERED TURNING UP to wash my car at the allotted time. 1 hour later after no contact from them I called up both their landline and mobile, no answer so left a message asking for immediate call back. The next day STILL NO CALLBACK to explain what happened, I called them up and spoke to someone who said I wasn't on the schedule but someone would look into it and call me back. NO ONE BOTHERED to call back. I called up again the day after very angry and was told someone would call me back in 3 hours. NO ONE BOTHERED to call back. I gave them a fair chance to correct the problem but they basically spat in my face. These people are a bunch of idiots who think they can treat customers like crap and get away with it. VERY POOR & UNRELIABLE COMPANY and appalling customer service. 1 month later still waiting for call back...

The service I received from James who turned up on a motorbike, was careless and left the bodywork…read moreon my car damaged. The long brush he uses, no doubt on every single car, is absolutely dirty and worn out. I even caught him on my CCTV picking it up, facing down on the ground, and scrubbing it on my car, likely with debris in the bristles from the ground. My car now has straight-line scratches all over the paint, exactly in the direction he scrubbed. He also used this same worn-out, dirty brush on my convertible hood. I also saw on my CCTV that he used the same rag, which had black dirt from my wheel trims, to dry my car, leaving swirl marks. The same contaminated rag was used to dry my convertible hood. He missed areas entirely including near my number plate, and dirt marks were left untouched. I now have to get my car machine polished because of his negligence. He's cheap for a reason; you get what you pay for, but in this case, you end up with damaged bodywork. Be careful.,

For just £35, he cleaned my car inside and out, and even went the extra mile by doing the wheels too. The car looks spotless and smells fresh again. Mark will go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done to the highest standard. My Audi TT was in a rather miserable state when I was leaving it at County Coachworks for repairs. It had three scratches on the door and a dent on the panel beneath the door. Mark explained to me what the repairs would involve and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job. My car was ready in a few days and looked like new. Not only was it smooth and shiny again but also clean as never before! I can't thank Mark and his team enough for their excellent job. If I ever need any work done, I know where to go. Highly recommended!

It caused a small dent with two scratches and then a couple of other stone dings elsewhere on the bonnet. I have been thinking of selling it so wanted to get the bonnet fixed up so I visited Mark at County Coachworks to ask if he could do the job. These guys deal with a whole range of cars (mine is a little VW) and there were a couple of high end cars in the garage that they were working on. Mark was extremely helpful and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job - so I booked it in. I've just been down to collect it and it really is good as new, I can't remember when the bonnet last looked so pristine. It is clear that Mark and colleague are damn good at what they do, giving the same attention to detail to my 7-yr old VW Fox as the Porsche 4x4 they had to move to let me drive out. If I ever needed work again I would not hesitate to go back to County Coachworks, 100% recommended.
