I have had the car for less than 30 days, and it has spent more time sitting and in the shop than on the road. I understand it is USED and AS IS. However, if a customer broke his back trying to get a car from you and did everything within his power to be upfront and keep his word, you would think that the company would be willing to help. I have spent another $620 on getting it fixed and the warranty that they sold me wouldn't cover the part. $360 towards the remaining repairs is what I was asking for them to help with, since their car is not running. Personally, I have no problems with the individuals, but professionally this is pis poor customer service. All the laughing and hugging and good ole family acting means nothing if you don't perform when it's time. If you get a car, keep it business cause the rest is fake.

Nothing is fake about them I have had my car for 8 months and I love it and it is Great. Way to Go AutoMazing and remember you cant please everybody!!!!! I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.... They help you get into a car so you are not walking what more do you want. Its hard to get a car these days.....

Just so happens that carmax had one in south Ga and so we had to pay to ship it closer. Color was black on black. She had purchased a car from carmax some years back and the experience was good. This go round was interesting to say the least. The car looked pretty good and drove nice and yes I know used cars are going to have a few nicks and scratch or two, this car was no exception it did but it Wasn't until the car came home and we really got it under a microscope we could see that the car was filthy, I mean carmax didn't even attempt to give it a good detailing before we got it, they just rinsed it off threw armor all on the tires a yellow bow on the hood and that was it, even the guys at the detail shop said they let you have it dirty like this? Sad thing also was for all the money spent they had the Gaul to give up one electronic key for the car, and we found a couple of nasty dings on it. The only upside was that they took care of the dings and the10 day grace period is not up. If I find anymore foolishness I might just suggest taking the car back, does not seem to me that carmax is the same quality company they once were. I'm glad she got the max care who knows what to expect next.. I can't say I would recommend them to the next person...
