One star is too much for these people. My son was in a pinch and needed a car fast, so we went to this local dealership. What a massive mistake! PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! The car had an oil leak that we were assured it would be fixed. We had to take to his mechanic JR in Burlington for the repairs to be without the car both times over two weeks. A third time it was towed to his mechanic. This car has been nothing but a headache and such a terrible experience for a first time car buyer. Fast forward less than a year and the car is disabled yet again. His "mechanic" "fixed" the oil leak at the front main seal behind the crank by removing the crank pulley then putting a massive amount of silicone sealant and most likely used an impact gun to tighten the crank pulley back on. Well that sheared off and car is useless. Malik, the manager I spoke with again today at their location and he said my son never complained about the oil leak again... yes because if we were tired of taking it 25 minutes away and being without it for a week or more. I was told to call his mechanic and he should fix it. I was told he should have bought the warranty... Look at the other negative reviews folks, I do not in my right mind believe any of the positive reviews are true. These people buy broken cars from auctions, have their "mechanic" polish those turds up and they sell them in our town for top dollar and push warranties for fix what is eventually going to break down. Wildly unprofessional, inconsiderate and appalling services undelivered! This dealership (like some others in the Northeast) markets vehicle "prices" as a deflated, fake amount; which is then to be [adjusted later], clearly in efforts to funnel in large amounts of hot lead inquiries. This is only thwarted by not responding to emails (four of them sent over 24 hours via website) or phone calls (three messages left Friday, before insisting on receiving a communication back and being patched through on the fourth call). Management "Sal" could care less and does not return calls. The boss "Manny" took my call and was professional enough to deliver some figures on extended warranties, but never followed up on a promise to have someone contact me back about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I made clear in a five minute phone call I was making a full price offer and wished to receive paperwork to sign and information on a deposit. This dealership plays games and will waste your time and frustrate you with promises for callbacks that don't happen. After my seventh phone call over 48 hours, I made clear to Sal and Manny and their entire crew they are "dropping the ball and behaving very unprofessionally and poorly as consumer sales agents". I think this dealership should shut down or get better people. Honestly the best experience I've had at a used car dealership. Went there for a specific car. Ended up not wanting that car. Had free range to look at any car I thought I might have wanted. Looked at about six cars before I found the one. Left with what I came there for. Customer service was fantastic. I can't remember the name of the sales guy that helped me out. However after bringing it home and attempting to get it inspected I found out that the vehical never should have been on the lot to be sold and is a hazard to drive (according to the mechanic) Would cost me $3600 to get it to pass inspection. Tried getting ahold of C@D auto and have gotten no response after several phone calls messages and emails. Beware if your buying a vehicle here, it's clear that the vehicles are bought from auction and sold directly after with no warning to you. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP!!! They had a car listed online which seemed like an amazing deal, I called and spoke to a rep. who informed me clean title, nothing wrong with the car, and is still available. I checked twice that day to make sure the cars still available. I informed them I will be coming from long island, ny which is 2.5 hrs away and again they informed me the car was still available. I confirmed the the morning of the trip, and another rep. confirmed it was still available. I made the trip and was shocked to discover the car was involved in an accident, damaged on both sides, wouldn't start due to no gas, and had transmission issues. I spoke to one sales rep. who barely spoke english and said he didn't know anything, then a spanish rep: who told me he took the car out for a test drive the day before and it's experiencing transmission problems. WHY WASN'T THIS TOLD TO ME THE DAY OF? He then continued to tell me they will fix the issue before the sale. he proceeded to then say he can start the car up and went to get a battery jumper. The issue was the car needed gas because it was completely empty. I entertained this fool to see what else he had to say and the miracle of starting this car, at which time he comes back and says "Sorry we just sold the car to a guy who came in and paid cash" the biggest scam i've every heard. They had no intention of selling this broken car, they used it as a marketing scheme to get buyers into the door and sell you a different car. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Jay Jay was the car salesperson that helped me research which car fits best to my needs. He was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional during the entire experience. I am a young woman and he informed me that the $500 deposit was refundable. When I called back the next day to cancel the deposit he then informed me that I had to be in-person to receive my refund. He never disclosed this information before I put my deposit down. He called me "honey" which was extremely disrespectful while trying to purchase my first car. WARNING: If you live 40 min or more from this place DO NOT BUY!! This is probably one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with an independent dealer! My wife bought a 2013 GMC Terrain CASH up front!! The only thing wrong that I could see was a check engine light, a seat switch that was not functioning correctly on the drivers side and the rotors and breaks needed replacing! We bought the car on a Saturday, they claimed to inspect it! Got the car back with no check engine light, mechanic claimed it was a dirty sensor, the following Wednesday. Ok fine no problem! Yet the rotors and brakes were not changed and they claimed it would pass inspection! Maybe in New Jersey but NOT PA. I requested they be changed they said ok! Three days later the check engine light came back on. Mind you I checked the engine filter and it wasn't even replaced! It was FILTHY and at least 3 years old! I took it to my own mechanic they said oil was leaking from the valve gasket! Simple fix right? I called car N drive and let them know what was up, they didn't want to have the car towed to their place said if i wanted it fixed I would have to drive it there! Mind you i was told by my mechanic not to drive it cause oil was leaking into the intake as well to have them tow it... They still refused... I ended up having to have my mechanic fix the issue which I only wanted car N drive to pay for the work they did solely on what was wrong as i got other things done to the car! I was basically told i was getting scammed that they weren't gonna pay! Finally they gave me a 800 dollar check which i had to fight tooth and nail to get! I also had to had to pick up the brakes and rotors from them cause they claimed it was in back order... Waited two months for parts that were from AutoZone that I could have gotten myself SAME DAY I LEFT THE DEALER!!! My wife got the car back in April and its now August. Have called at least 10 times to see about the switch for the seat and I almost NEVER get a call back. They act like I'm bothering them and get spoken to in such a disrespectful tone like if I'm being a a-hole when in fact all I've been doing is sitting on a seat that doesn't fold back because they think that I'm just gonna go away. My wife paid almost 11k in cash and this is how we're treated? Sad thing is that I sold my car, and I actually want a car they have but I am refusing to get it from them because this experience has been out of this world crazy! Word of advice, have the car inspected by your own mechanic before paying them ANYTHING! 200 bucks to make sure your car is in fit condition will save you all the headaches!! read more

I purchased a used car from here in mid December, 2020. I had to take it back 2 times to get repairs before the 1 month warranty was up. The sales man Jason was very nice and accommodated my requests. The business owners don't care about you once they get your money and they lie. I was given a Key FOB that had a motherboard issue and they told me it only needed batteries. Now I have to pay $200 to the Nissan dealership to make me a new one. They also made me pay for the FedEx to send me my own title to the car. They don't answer emails or requests after they get your money. They shape the cars up just enough to get them sold and that's disgusting. Thank goodness I bought an engineer friend with me to point out all the noises and sounds that they wanted to pass off as just being a used car. The Worse Place to ever buy a car. Purchased my car in June & my transmission blew in August. Called the dealership to help me, they didn't want to help me out, they told me to deal with it with the warranty company which I did. To make a long story short, my car is still currently in the shop as of 11/17. From Transmission, to Oil Pressure Pump to codes appearing while the car was being tested. They sold me a LEMON! Don't go there!! Save your money. They're not legit! I spent of 2k on repairs & driven the car for only 2 mo. went to the dealership to pickup my plates & confronted the weird ass owner & he had nothing but a dumbass response to give me.
