I am looking for a specific type of glass pipe. A chilim. What should be at the most $12, usually…read more$8 to $10, they had exactly what I was looking for...except they were $34! Headed to another shop! I cannot reply to the owners response so I have to update my review. $34 for what I wanted, that should've been 12... I'm talking about LA. Six months ago. That same item that you have for $34 would be at the very most $12 in Los Angeles. I went to another store less than a five minute drive from you. I bought three Chillum's for seven dollars each. You are not competitively priced unless all the stores here in Asheville are terribly overpriced.

I've been a customer here since it opened, I actually go in quite a bit. I know all the guys who…read morework there, and they know me too. In fact, I was probably one of the main customers of this store. On a day where I was having a really hard time (my wallet was stolen) - I tried to go in and purchase, but they denied me because I didn't have my ID - knowing I am a main customer of the store, and knowing I'm 30 years old. I feel so disrespected as a customer that I was denied service when I am on a first name basis and every single person there knows me. The manager, Brandon, who I see every single day, who knows I am a 30 year old man, denied me to purchase. I just think it's an absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer that comes into your store every day that you know on a first name basis. It sucks that this place doesn't understand basic customer service and keeping their main customers happy. If you go to the liquor store and the guy knows you - he stops carding you. I feel so disrespected as a customer.

Saw a shirt in the window the night before I wanted to buy for my stepdaughter. Came back the next…read moreday at 11:15, but the shop was still closed even though window hours said they open at 11. That probably should have been a clue about the type of service they provide. I came back an hour later to try to get the shirt. The store was 100% EMPTY except for the guy behind the counter. Politely asked if he minded me taking my mask off while no one else was there because I have a documented medical condition (legally exempt from the mandate) that makes it hard for me to breathe. From across the store, he told me no. I tried to explain to him I legitimately have a condition and medical documentation I could show him and that I put the mask back on if anyone else comes into the store. He told me to keep the mask on or get out. He didn't give me a reason for why he had a problem. He didn't offer me an alternative, he just was rude. Then, as I left, he sarcastically yelled out for me to "have a nice day". I've made the same request at other stores, and have NEVER been denied because I only ask when there are no other customers in the store. I even openly disclose my condition instead of just saying I'm exempt because I want them to know I'm not just trying to break the rules. It wasn't because it was an "Asheville thing" because three other stores were OK with it as long as no one else was around. I don't go in trying to cause problems. I don't try to make a statement. I just try to give my business to local shops who are willing to work with me and my disability. Once I stopped crying and shaking from the unexpected confrontation, I took my money to another store. One who helped me out instead of being intolerant and hateful. So, if you want to give your business to a place with staff who bullied a woman with an incurable disease when there was absolutely no reason to be a jerk, they may have stuff worth buying. But hey, I probably gave him a chance to brag to people how he got to throw an anti-masker out of the store. Glad one of us got something positive out of exchange.

First off, this is the best smoke shop I have ever been to. My wife and I stopped by while on a…read moreroad trip. We were helped by a dark haired gentleman who was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had for him, and he offered me some suggestions based on what I had mentioned while talking to him and ended up with a perfect glass piece for me and some legal CBD concentrate. We also left with an awesome dragon incense holder. Pair the great selection with the incredible customer service and you have a recipe for the best shop I've visited to date.
