I recommend ACU because they not only help us generate leads, but they also assist us in converting those leads into patients. Our staff struggled to keep track of where patients were coming from, and ACU's team helped us understand the results we were getting for the money we were spending. They care about more than just generating leads; they care about getting appointments and ensuring a good return on investment. They take the time to understand our practice's needs and dedicate enough time to our marketing efforts. They're always available and constantly stay updated with the latest trends and Google algorithms. I've recommended ACU to many of my friends because I believe they teach the importance of marketing and not just advertising. They help us understand the market and culture of our specific area, which is crucial for effective marketing. They've been our partners for several years, and I can confidently say that they're a valuable asset to any business looking to grow.

1/5 I wish I had…read moreunderstood how this company handles situations like this before placing my order. I ordered ACM signs and business cards from Go Print US for my new business. I live in New Jersey, and I accidentally placed the order as Local Pickup at their California location. Let me be completely fair: selecting Local Pickup was my mistake. I admitted that to them from the beginning. But what happened afterward is why I'm leaving this review. Once I realized the mistake, I contacted them and offered to pay the additional cost to ship the signs to New Jersey. I wasn't asking for free shipping or asking them to pay for my mistake. I asked about oversized shipping, freight, another carrier, transferring the order, and even whether I could arrange a third-party carrier myself to pick up the signs. The result? No shipping. No cancellation. No refund. Initially, I was told that products larger than 48" × 38" could not be shipped. After I reviewed their website and Terms & Conditions and asked them to show me where that restriction was written, I received a different explanation: ACM signs simply aren't offered for shipping at all. I then specifically asked them to show me where this ACM shipping restriction was clearly stated in their website policies or Terms & Conditions. I was not provided the specific written policy I requested. Instead, I was told that Local Pickup was the only fulfillment option available when ordering the product. Again, I made the original mistake. That's not what this review is about. This review is about customer service. I live approximately 2,700 miles away. Obviously, I'm not going to travel from New Jersey to California just to pick up printed signs. I admitted my mistake, offered to pay the additional costs, and asked for practically ANY reasonable solution that would allow me to receive what I had already paid for. Nothing. In the end, I told them to keep everything -- the signs, the business cards, and the money. I'm also opening my own business, and this experience taught me something valuable: A customer making a mistake doesn't mean you stop trying to help the customer. Had they simply said, "Shipping this will be expensive, but here's what we can do," I would have gladly paid a reasonable additional charge. Instead, I paid for an order that I will never receive. That is why this is a 1-star review, and why my first order with Go Print US will also be my last. If you're ordering from outside California, I strongly recommend checking every fulfillment and pickup detail extremely carefully before paying.

I never completely hung up the call, I put them all on silent. After the 4th I picked up and said I wasn't interested Ally hung up on me right on the spot. I called back because what type of professionalism is that?? I didn't even get to finish my sentence. She then denied my call and even the opportunity for me to leave a message. I got another call less than a minute after calling back and it's some dude asking why I'm harassing his assistant.... Look at the call logs dude, she was harassing me. He's telling me that I need to calm down because I was the one wanting a job... dude that was a long ass time ago. Sorry your assistant isn't on top her crap. Then he asks me how much I make a year??? Dude are your parts that small you need monetary gain satisfaction to get you through the day?? I personally wouldn't work with anyone that clearly thinks less of me because they make more money. We have enough wealthy ass holes to deal with in 2026.
