We dropped in here on a busy evening with no reservation. They found a table for us in the back…read morewhich wasn't ideal, but would work. My wife ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and garlic naan, expecting it to be in a classic yogurt sauce. Instead it was in a tomato sauce that was too spicy for her so she just picked out the chicken. She found the naan to be lacking, too. They mistakenly gave her regular naan. When she pointed out to them that she had ordered garlic naan, they took her order back, slathered it with an oily, tasteless sauce and brought it back. I was not impressed. I had ordered the beef with garlic sauce. The waiter informed me that it didn't come with anything else (like rice) so I'd have to order that separately - which I did. The amount of food that came out was tremendous. WAY too much for one person, more suited for two very hungry people! The flavors in my meal were fine, by the way.
The service was otherwise fine but I wondered, with the quality of the food we had just experienced, why it was so crowded?
