I ordered a fish sandwich/mozzarella fries (4pc). My mother ordered a #1 combo. Tray had 2 packets of mz fries one had 2 qty other had 9 qty. Told me I could take them both. My mom's combo was no where on tray. Male employee struggled to get order right. He could not find ticket & asked if I had my receipt so he could get correct food we ordered. 4. My fish sandwich was not greasy so I could not understand why top of my bun started coming apart as I attempted to eat. It literally was falling apart. My mom's sandwich had cheese on it which she clearly said no cheese. She also said hamburger was cold. I stated to get up & take hers back to counter but she said to let it go. I was not happy with the service of the employee. We looked to see how many employees were actually in there & we counted 4. The lobby was empty & did not appear to have anybody in drive thru. I rarely eat at Burger King but I do not feel like the workers were trained since they could not get orders correct & losing tickets to fulfill the orders.
