ABSOLUTE TOURIST TRAP. Sure, the candy is very beautiful and there are many choices, colours, and flavours, but I don't think it's worth it. It's 88 CZK for 100g which will get you like 4 pieces of candy lol. I walked in and got excited about a few attractive- looking candies, paid 188CZK (and was so surprised like wtf! I only had a handful of candy) and was not amused when I was trying the candy I had gotten. All the gummies tasted the same tbh and I got like 4 different ones, plus they were very hard to chew. Not far off from like a rock hard texture. Don't come here unless you wanna get ripped off or develop some next cavities!!

Little heaven on Earth :D ...or simply, Captain Candy ,'-)

Captain Candy it's also known as "Heaven on Earth"! :D Only drawback is that the store is a little right and a bit small. And since it's always full it can be a little difficult to move around. But it's worth it! :D

Pricey place for candy but the store is really well kept and there are some interesting flavors for things like sour belts and my favorite, chocolate covered or candy covered nuts. Tried the cola sour belt, lemon covered almonds and the vanilla and chocolate covered Brazil nuts as well as tiramisu nuts which were DELICIOUS with chocolate that literally melts in your mouth. In addition, the chocolate is in generous portions and one of the first stores I've been to that offered chocolate covered Brazil nuts!

Csptai candy- find some sweet treasure ;)

Some heaven for candy lovers! They do have a vaaaast choice- you will definately be tempted by some sort of chocolate or gummies. The design of the shop takes you to some pirat island with sweet treasures. This is a dream not only for small ones :-)

Despite the photo prohibition I managed to snap a shot.

This is a little candy shop tucked into a corner of one of the main shopping areas in Old Town…read more It's honestly a bit touristy and tourist trappy. Don't get me wrong - this is kind of one of those areas where everything is a little bit of a tourist trap and as a tourist, you just kind of have to go with it. They have lots of very beautifully arranged bins of sweets - lots of gunny type things and some chocolate. You're offered a bag and everything is the same price, priced by weight. The men in the store were pleasant but also a tiny bit pushy. Here, have a bag, please come in, here, have a bag. But they do know what they are doing. The candy was good - fine and tasty and sugary. But we did feel like we paid a lot of money for what we got - especially when compared to stands that sell a similar assortment of goodies in other European countries we've visited. So I guess I'd say if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth it's a fine stop. But try to show some restraint otherwise you'll have a nasty surprise at the register!

Silver coated candy, gold looking candy. You are encouraged to mix and match. Mostly gummy in nature, but that is hugely popular here. They take credit cards.
