We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer Delaurentis. We used her to put our forever…read morehome and sell our starter home. As we have two young children, and both work full time, we have various scheduling conflicts. When it came to finding our forever home, Jennifer was always extremely flexible and accommodating, and truly listened to our desires for a future space that worked best with our active children. She was extremely considerate of our budgetary needs and provided really excellent feedback and creative ideas of how we could work with the spaces we were seeing to suit our vision. Whenever we needed to review ideas, she was always available to talk, and was always first to share new listings that met our needs. With her support, we found the house that is our home, and we could not be happier. We ended up finding this dream house and closing on it before putting our house on the market. This was extremely stressful, but Jennifer worked tirelessly with us to help get our house in "showing shape," and quickly arranged for an array of showings while digitally marketing our house on all platforms - something we found other agents to lack expertise in, and something she did comprehensively well. It was Jennifer who recommended we get our house surveyed as it was considered in a flood zone - something, given her knowledgeable expertise, she thought was worthy of investigation. As it turned out, we were not in a flood zone, and we were able to share this cost-saving information with potential buyers - something that made the house that much more desirable. If only we had her expertise when we bought the house years ago, we could have saved much more! Jennifer maintained open, honest communication throughout, was present at showings, and followed up with all potential buyers, ultimately leading to the sale of our house. Throughout the closing process, she supported us every step of the way, as we had never been sellers, finding us other experts in the field that were necessary at different points (lawyers, inspectors, etc). She was an excellent liaison to all parties involved, no matter the part of the process, and we valued her feedback and support. Most importantly, Jennifer Delaurentis is honest, trustworthy and comprehensive in her understanding of the market, with a work ethic that is unshakable. During what, at times, was an extremely stressful process, our working with Jennifer Delaurentis was an absolute pleasure. I have no doubt in my mind that she will work tirelessly for every one of her clients, as she did for us, to secure their dream homes.
