He briefed us that only churros/chocolate and montaditos (like a panini sandwich) were being served. Like most of the people dining that night we got their famous churros and chocolates. Since we sat near the fryer, it was the perfect opportunity to watch them swirl around the dough in hot oil to make their spiral shaped churros. The plate of torn up churros was delivered hot and a little greasy. The dipping chocolate was smooth and just coated our churros as the must have side. However the churros were a little more oily than I preferred. Our montaditos came last and were right sized for us. Bread was grilled and a little crisp with generous tuna or jamon inside. It was a nice counter to our churros. Overall reasonable prices and lively spot for a quick meal or just churros.

Both English and Spanish menus are very convenient for visitors, plus they probably have the friendliest staff on the planet! Always smiling, trying out their ways to help and make the best decisions for you. I'd totally w be willing to give a 6-star here if I'm given the choice! Food is awesome too! Tropical hot is an amazing smoothie! Also the egg Benedict salmon avocado toast is a boon from the first bite! The only tiny little drawback is that they used wood bowl and wood spoon for the açaí bowl which gave it a bit too much of wood smell. We ordered the Forrest bowl and the granola was the best part. It's drizzled with honey and different berries are included along with yogurt. The best part was the salmon bagel we ordered. Doesn't seem like anything special on paper...but it was legit the best salmon bagel I've had. I only knocked off one star because there were ants crawling around and some flies were in the store. I guess in terms of sanitation that doesn't really make me feel great that they're bugs but I noticed it was only on the seat near the wall (so avoid that!) and flies can't be helped too much when you are going in and out of a store.

We walked here after spending three breathtaking hours at the Royal Alcázar of Seville. I ordered the power salad. It was a beautiful combination of tender moist chicken and quinoa and garbanzo beans and greens with a yummy pesto dressing. Everything was so fresh. The pesto dressing was delicious and not overly salted like so many restaurants tend to do these days. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and accommodating. This cafe is clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot to reenergize and have a fresh and delicious lunch. They have other offerings that look so good as well. That exact situation occurred when I visited Torch Coffee Roasters. When the barista saw I was about to snap a picture, he asked me if he could redo it. I compromised. I did not get another drink because I did not want to waste the one I got. However, I agreed to take a picture of his next latte for another customer so I had a more representative example of his skills. In terms of my latte, the presentation was subpar but the substance was very good. The texture was smooth and the taste had no hint of bitterness. Torch Coffee Roasters also had the most space of the coffee shops I tried in Seville. Accordingly, definitely get the latte to stay if you are not in a rush. The latte art is excellent if you do. Everything time it was pulled well with the machine dialed in correctly for the beans. They were also using good quality craft beans, which is setting them up for success. Had the change to try the latte as well, which was also very good. The pastries were okay, nothing special. The space itself is very inviting with lots of seating, it does get pretty loud though.
