The Mole Pizza was unlike anything I've had before--rich, complex, and perfectly balanced, showcasing the depth of Puebla's signature sauce in an unexpected way. But the real standout for me was the Huitlacoche Pizza. If you're unfamiliar with huitlacoche, I highly recommend looking it up before diving in--it's an ingredient with deep cultural and culinary significance, and Vittorio's does it justice. I personally loved it. This place is now a must-stop whenever I'm in town, and I look forward to coming back for more.
